*Important information: We look forward to making your trip to Washington as easy as possible, the following will help us achieve that. By making reservations with us, you agree to ALL terms and conditions on this page. Do not book your travel until you understand our guidelines. Any violation of terms and conditions will result in denial of services with NO refund. *Rates: Our daily 9am-9pm rate for up to six passengers is $799 for one-day service or $699 per day with at least a two-day, back to back reservation required. Up to fourteen passengers can be accomodated for an additional $199 per day. ALL taxes, tips, and fees are included with no hidden charges. Please see our "Availability and Rates" page for all benefits our service provides. Daily rates include one day of service from 9am-9pm, these times are not negotiable and we do not give any discounts for partial days of service. You may extend your service hours just before 9am or just after 9pm at a flat rate of $99 per extra hour. Example: 7am-9pm would be an additional $198. We do provide after hours service between 10pm and 8am for pick up or drop off at airport or any other need you may have at a rate of $99 per hour with a three hour minimum, if timeframe is not considered an add-on hour. This service is only available when combined with normal daily reservations the night before or night of your daily reservation. Full day reservations need to be booked when your initial deposit is made. Additional hours can be booked and paid for when reminder of balance is collected as described in payments section. Any additional add on hours requested on site and not paid for prior to your arrival will be collected at time of service. Strollers, car seats, and booster seats are available for $20 each per day. State and local laws must be followed for passenger and child safety as described in travel guidelines section.
*Payments: We accept Credit/Debit and PayPal. A deposit of $799 is due at time of initial reservation, remainder of balance due before 72 hours of trip date. Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund up to 21 days before reservation date by sending an email requesting your cancellation to info@DCCityTours.com. A full refund will be issued within 72 hours of cancellation request. Reservations cancelled within 21 days of reservation date will forfeit $799 deposit. Within 7-10 days of your reservation/trip date, we will email you a reminder of balance due and request your schedule and hotel information to help us plan for your arrival. Deposit will be forfeited and reservation cancelled if balance is not paid within 72 hours of trip date. No exceptions will be granted. If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of trip date, you will forfeit your $799 deposit and we will issue a refund of remaining payments over $799 within 72 hours of cancellation. If your schedule changes before your arrival to DC, we ask that you call your driver with your schedule changes, however we cannot extend your service time for such unforeseen events. If you do not show up for pick up or call us with your schedule changes, we will cancel your reservation and you will forfeit your $799 deposit. We will refund any remaining payments over $799 within 72 hours of cancellation. No exceptions will be made for acts of God, bad weather, your schedule changes, medical emergencies, family death, delayed flight, etc. Contact your local insurance agent for trip interruption insurance that would cover your loss of deposit for these unforeseen events. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at anytime for any reason, in which case we would issue a full refund to you.
*Travel guidelines: While on board our vehicle the following guidelines Must be followed at all times. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed in vehicle at anytime. Any illegal activity on board or in public will be immediately reported to the authorities. All state and local laws must be followed while on board. ALL passengers, adults and children, seated in front or back, must be properly restrained in seat belts, booster seat, or car seat at all times. Violation of any of these guidelines will result in termination of our services with no refunds. Please review state regulations regarding seat belt laws:

Normal vehicle usage with light interior cleaning on our part is expected and included with our service, however in extreme cases of sickness, food spells, and heavy cleaning a fee of $50 will be imposed at time of cleaning. Please note that cell phone, GPS, and other similar services are complimentary and provided at no additional charge, as such we are not responsible for technical issues or device failures that may arise from time to time and no refunds would be issued for these rare events. Also be aware that you are responsible for any equipment damage or loss that occurs when in your groups possession, fees would be charged for actual replacement costs to cover those damages or loss. We cannot be responsible for lost or missing personal belongings left in our vehicle at anytime. We reserve the right to substitute similar vehicles if one type is not available.
